Sex and the Older Man

Lots of trade-offs, but maybe it's best to let the market figure this one out.

So the question is–are these drugs medically necessary? Or are they simply lifestyle drugs? If a man has a medical condition, like diabetes, which can lead to impotence, is it frivolous to restore his sexual ability? One can argue that the cost of Viagra can ward off the cost of antidepressants, which the man may need if impotence is too devastating for him to handle.
