Reading Up
It’s been at least eight years that I’ve lived with the diagnosis of borderline personality disorder. It is such a stupid sounding thing. Although I go long periods without reading a single thing about it, the information doesn’t change much. There are no drastic advances in the treatment and tolerance of bpd. It is the same stuff.

I have been interested in healing methods since long long time. One of my interest is to collect information on how to stay fit mentally and physically. What I have found is mental health is as important as physical health. In fact, far more important in today's hyper-competitive world. I have been collecting links and articles on mental health, and just thought it could be bit of help to everyone out here.
