Mental Health Update

Getting the antidepressent meds adjusted correctly take patience.

And I did decide to call PH’s office, find out what he thinks and whether he wants me to call the psychiatrist’s office to deal with it. I don’t really want to switch antidepressants- stability is what I need, not another set of fluctuating chemicals in my system, so I’m hoping he decides to just me give a prescription for a small amount of ambien (the original, not that CR crap).
